Oh yeah! This one looks good. Way less "in your face" than the original 
dark loading mask. Just enough information (the spinner); I like it.

+1 by reading and testing.

Small note/question: in the ExtJS Demo extension the Masked Panel looks 
very dark. If this is no problem, let's get this baby into trunk :-)
