[TYPO3-core] RFC #16008: A new TypoScript cObject: FLUIDTEMPLATE

Hey everybody,

after thinking a bit more about this, I think it would make sense to put
most of this code into a separate class inside Fluid, which could be
used to run Fluid standalone. So, I think the whole section 2 of your
patch could be put there.

This can then be called by the FLUIDTEMPLATE object.
