[TYPO3-core] FYI #16016: Scheduler: Since new CSH handling (#15990), no icon in scheduler works anymore

Problem:
The scheduler adds a class="typo3-csh-link" to all A-tags around icons 
to have them styled like the CSH icons (without "underline").

Since rev 9081 (RFC #15990), those classes will get some javascript 
"onclick" auto-added by the API. This makes all icons in the scheduler 
unuseable.

Solution:
Change the classname to "icon" and add for it with no "underline". Keep 
the original "typo3-csh-icon" styling in the .css, because scheduler by 
default underlines links, and the edit task window adds some "real" csh 
icons.

Talked about it with Benni, and we agreed to commit as FYI as a 
follow-up to #15990.
