yeah and it is not funny.
Therefore no reason to make it harder.

so why not just remove the testing of mail(), all the other debug
settings, ip restrictions and BE lock settings and so on.

If there are too many settings in the install tool, there is a need to
restructure the install tool (introduce tabs or whatever) but not to
hide settings.

sorry I don't wanna debug the whole time, so I will only need it some
times and I bet I need to dig it up in the code. Therefore my -1


One queestion: How can a beginner know that there is a debug mode
without looking into the code? There is none. Please don't forget about
the users who are knew to TYPO3 and are familiar with commented
configurations.
