Description:
This is the second part which simplifies moving records in TCEmain and
extracts all the logic that is needed from workspaces to the version
extension.

This cleans up another 100 lines of code and replaces two functions with
one single hook, doing the magic of "moving records within workspaces"
in the version extension from now on.
