[TYPO3-core] RFC #15604: Install-Tool usability: db compare shows no errors when db-updates fail

Problem:
If you compare your database with install tool and there are some issues
found, you will not see if any errors occur. The only hint is a
remaining update statement on the db-compare view.

Pretty annoying if you are debugging why your extensions ext_tables.sql
file doesn't work or if there is some DB error on the servers side.


Solution:
Display the error messages instead of ignoring the return values of the
updater.


See attached screenshot of how it might look like when there are errors.
