Problem:
The caching framework example configuration for memcached in 
config_default is misleading:
* Memcache cache backend should be used with care, the default dbbackend 
is a better choice in most real live use cases
* A documentation of the caching framework options must not be buried in 
this file but should be done with an official documentation at a central 
place
* The given example is incomplete and leads to thrown exceptions

Solution:
Remove it.
