[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16431: htmlArea RTE: in WebKit, clicking on image does not select it

FYI: Attached follow-up patch committed to trunk (revision 9492) and 
branch TYPO3_4-4 (revision 9493).

Initial patch was incorrect and could have bad side effects.
