[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16431: htmlArea RTE: in WebKit, clicking on image does not select it

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
WebKit-based browsers have week support for images in designMode.

Solution:
The attached patch compensates one of these shortcomings by ensuring 
that an image is selected when clicked on by the mouse.
