+1 by testing and reading and adding
- missing sprite generation for a Wizard icon (e.g. "link wizard" etc)
- new sys_language flags below translated records

See screenshot with both new features. The link-popup wizard was just
added to tt_content's TCA temporary to see it working, we don't have a
sprite icon for it yet. As Steffen said, the conversion of system's
TCA's to use the sprites is a matter that can be tackled after this
patch is in.

v3 attached, also the diff between v2 and v3. I also moved the new
"getIconHtml" up to right below "getIcon".
