I am sure many people would want it, especially the "structure only"
pasting, which sounds very promising. For some (many?) having "clean
content" is more important than the commodity of copy&pasting some bold
content inside the RTE itself.

And could there be a "global default" which overrides the user settings
and also makes us get rid of the "toggle" button in certain setups?
