[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14489: htmlArea RTE: Colour dialogues do not show all configured colours

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In the Text colour and Background colour dialogue windows, not all 
configured colours are visible. Only the first few colours are shown.

Solution:
Fix height of the custom colours palette in style sheet.
