[TYPO3-core] RFC #14263: Bug: Can't translate draft version of element in draft workspace with language dropdown

Hi,

last patch didn't work in some cases where the t3_origuid is set but
outdated.

What is the difference between t3ver_oid and t3_origuid ?
- t3ver_oid isn't configured in TCA.
- t3_origuid isn't deleted when publishing an element.

As t3ver_oid isn't defined in TCA, I have to fetch all fields of the
table to work with it.

Created another patch (attached) using the t3ver_oid field in a
different way. Seems that work in more cases.
