Hi,

i have still missing icons even with the followup applied.

Missing icons (old names):
tt_content.gif, TV FCE, options.gif (expand palette), fe_users.gif, 
be_users.gif, be_users_admin.gif, sys_language.gif, goback.gif ...

It's too much missing, also this shows that the fallback to the original 
icons doesn't work. And i really wonder about the record icon for FCE 
which is defined by extension TemplaVoila.

Also i see a css problem with iconheight, see screenshot

So it looks like there is some additional work needed before this can go in.
