[TYPO3-core] RFC #12365: cache_extensions.authorname too small

Hi,

Problem:
cache_extensions.authorname is defined as:
authorname varchar(100) NOT NULL default '',
in t3lib/stddb/tables.sql
However, several authornames are longer than 100 characters (see screenhot  
in BT)

The same problem exists filed under #12473, also reported by Michiel Roos.

Solution:
increase length of both fields.
