[TYPO3-core] RFC #14306: Links are not styled - looks like they were forgotten

Hi,

untested and unreviewed, but please keep the "line-ending fixes"
separate from the functionality fixes in the patches. The real change of
your RFC is the two added classes, nothing more, right?
