It does. Google gives no page-rank to the link with no-follow. It is 
commonly used on blogs, for links in comments, in order to prevent any 
gain from spammers that uses comments to link to what-ever site they'd 
like better Google position.

Besides that, +1 after reading, if no-follow is removed.
