+1 after reading and testing. It shows a lack of pageRenderer that it 
use complete tag as param for meta. This is unhandy and needs replace 
when no xhtml is used, this should be changed in future.

I declare this as bugfix because it offers hackers the possibility to 
search for TYPO3 sites. If a security announcement is done, not all 
sites are updated in time, so with this information it makes it easy to 
find the not updated sites.
