Also, after adding a DB that I created manually to typo3conf/localconf.php

$typo_db = 'introduction';

I get this error then:

ADONewConnection: Unable to load database driver ''
Fatal error: Call to a member function PConnect() on a non-object in 
typo3/sysext/dbal/class.ux_t3lib_db.php on line 2547
