[TYPO3-core] RFC #14277: Improve t3lib_compressor

Hi Steffen,

looks better, it works now :)

2 general points (also with css compress):
1) the link tag for compressed scripts now miss the closing tag "/>"
2) With open_basedir i get warnings with EM that scripts can't be 
loaded, example:

PHP Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir 
restriction in effect. 
File(C:/typo3temp/compressor/iecompatibility-cafbcf9140f03442ad25d931dc1f7d7c.js.gz) 
is not within the allowed path(s): 
(C:\xampp\htdocs\;C:\xampp\install\;C:\xampp\cache\) in 
C:\xampp\htdocs\tv\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php line 3450

imho the last glitches

btw - the meta tag also miss closing tag (<meta 
http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
)

not all from your patch, but i want to mention so we can fix this 
nobrainers too.
