[TYPO3-core] RFC #8305: SQL debug output is not shown in the Backend

Hi,

a little glean:

This opens also some new developing stars. i have in mind writing an ext 
which shows logs in the console.
I also will prepare a JS-debug which will allow to use the debugConsole 
even in AJAX-calls, something which is very hard atm. Imho it is possible.

Later additions will be:
* move the "Close all" tab to a menu item in console
* allow "groups" in debug (with colored tabs), allow "Close all of this 
group"
* add profiling with ext using console as well

only some ideas raise up :)
