[TYPO3-core] RFC #8305: SQL debug output is not shown in the Backend

one remark - sry for the some lines cleanup, my zend ide automatic 
removes additional spaces. Also in template.php there is a debug comment 
left which will be removed.

Just FYI: before all debugs where buffered and printed before document 
which isn't valid and leaded to problems. Now i take the buffer in 
doc->endPage and append it to the content, so it's in body of document.

If any page doesn't use doc->endPage the buffer will be outputted at the 
begin as before.
