Attached is a (zipped) new version of the patch with clean ISO-8859-1
charset.
Please invest 5min to apply and run the tests. ;-)
Once again, please make sure to have your local TYPO3 Core project
configured to use ISO-8859-1; otherwise the special characters won't
survive the commit.
