[TYPO3-core] RFC #13773: Add Hooks in page module in order to hide icons

Hi,

I've requested other hooks in another request. Please look for the 
subject in this newsgroup: "RFC #13576,13577,13578: Add Hooks in order 
to restrict permissions for individual content elements"

In this request you find a hook for the click menu class which will deal 
with your respond.
