[TYPO3-core] RFC #13283: Thumbnail generation broken for PDF files

Note to myself: Make patches for Trunk next time.
Anyway, we wrote the patch for TYPO3_4-2 but it will also work on the
other branches.
So the bug will go to these branches:
- TYPO3_4-2
- TYPO3_4-3
- Trunk
