[TYPO3-core] RFC #13678: Bug: htmlmail send mail twice if cc recipient is set

Problem:
if "recipient" and "recipient_copy" is set, htmlmail send two emails. 
Since patch 0011098 is applied, htmlmail mustn't send the second email.

Solution:
Remove the "Sending a copy" part
