Thats right, but PHP_EOL build a linebreak - on Unix/Linux you get
U+000A, on Windows you get U+000D U+000A.
For example, in HTTP the Header is sparated to the body by a null line
so nothing like CRLF after any preceeding linebreak (See RFC 822, Secion
3.1). Therefore PHP_EOL is useless for building HTTP messages since you
never get CRLF on a Linux enviroment by using it.
