[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14855: Big Buttons in Page Module miss padding

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
When you view a page in the Page Module there are these 4 big buttons at
the top (with mod.web_layout.disableBigButtons = 0 set). These buttons
are just clutched together; see screenshot.

Solution:
Add a small padding and move the ? icon also next to the buttons

How to test:
Set mod.web_layout.disableBigButtons = 0 in Page TsConfig and switch to
the page module. Apply patch to see the difference
