[TYPO3-core] RFC #14816 bugfix : BE login in IE6 looks bad

We decided to do it with a transparent GIF as the logo for all browsers and some non transparent GIFs as an IE6-only-replacement for the shadows.
Attached patch does exactly that and you can see the result on http://t3trunk.cmsbox.de
