+1 on reading and testing and feeling guilty, as this was introduced by
my fix for the "timezone shifting bug" two years ago (#1697).

So I took the liberty to commit:

- trunk: rev. 8000 (!), will be in 4.4.0
- TYPO3_4-3: rev. 8001, will be in 4.3.4
- TYPO3_4-2: rev. 8002, will be in 4.2.13
