[TYPO3-core] FYI: Further Release Planning 4.4

Hey everybody,

as you might know, RC2 was planned for yesterday, and these issues are 
still open:

#14719 - Install Tool
   no security-proven solution yet, totally important for the 
introduction package
#14771 - Updates to task center
   does not work, Georg will have a look at it tomorrow, anyone can do 
that sooner?

Skinning issues:
  * To check: Flexform Sections Styling, does it look good?
  * RTE HTMLarea skinning

Anyone up for picking one of the tasks and getting the job done?

Apart from that, I think 4.4 is ready for the gold master, either 
tonight or tomorrow morning.
