[TYPO3-core] RFC: 14771: Updates for taskcenter, sys_action, impexp

Hey Georg,

attached is a version for "taskcenter" that applies to current trunk.

Once I applied the patches, I get an error message "Class tasks does not 
exist". What did I do wrong?
