[TYPO3-core] RFC #14722: Remove info icon from CEs in page module

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
There's a quite useless info icon in CEs having some special options set  
(e.g. other type of header).
This icon makes no sense (as it only takes only very few options into  
account) and currently (since the sprites) also has a wrong icon.

Solution:
Remove it

Note:
In doubt, I would also be fine with just exchanging the icon and removing  
it in 4.5
The icon appears, when you set a header and change the type to anything  
except normal or hidden.
