[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14770: htmlArea RTE: Abbreviation dialogue not always correctly initialized

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Bugfix

Problem:
The terms and abbreviations dropdown selectors are not always correctly 
initialized with intended default values.

The data contained in the remote json stores may not have been loaded.

Solution:
Explicitly request loading of the json stores and wait for the load 
operation to complete before looking up for values.
