Suggest isn't new. It was introduced with 4.3.
You're talking of trunk, as the TCEforms have been restyled there, but we  
had no time to take care of the suggest wizard.
As we'll revert the changes to TCEforms, I see no need to take care. Of  
course, for 4.5 we have to fix this.
