[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14746: htmlArea RTE: TableOperations: Label for "Headers" has a colon in excess

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Click on "Insert Table" and have a look at the section "Size and 
Headers". After the label "Headers", there are two colons.

Solution:
Remove second colon added by ExtJS config... which means that the French 
translation is visually well-tested, but still incorrect.
