[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14622: htmlArea RTE: Drop down boxes have no width when displayed with feeditadvanced

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The layout of the RTE toolbar in feeditadvanced is somehow destroyed,
due to the paths to some of the stylesheets that are incorrect in the 
context of feeditadvanced.

Solution:
Fix the paths to the stylesheets.

Note:
With current trunk of feeditadvanced, no styles are applied to the form, 
because it still refers to BE stylesheets that do not exist anymore in 
core trunk. However, with the attached patch, the RTE is styled and usable.
