[TYPO3-core] RFC: #14708: Version selector looks cryptic

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

The information in version selector is ununderstandable and contains 
redundant "online" information

The version selector doesn't looks like a control. i will suggest a 
better solution

See screenshot of current status.

Solution:
* add descriptive label
* remove the cryptic #v #ws, add ID: xyz (and Workspace-ID: xyz when 
present)
* remove link to version management and put it to a button
* localize hardcoded strings
* use sprite icon
* change input type=submit to input type=button
* add padding and border to have the look of a right control element.

I leave the final decision of styling to the design team, this is 
looking better as the current state, feel free to improve.
