[TYPO3-core] RFC #14636: Improvements to new Backend skin

Hi,

general a huge step in right direction, so many thanks for all this 
awsome work, and +1 by reading and testing.

There are some things still to do, as i already posted you on skype. i 
attach the screenshots, each showing the problem very clear.
