[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #12486: htmlArea RTE: RTE does not work with Arora browser

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The RTE is not enabled in Arora WebKit-based browser.

Solution:
Check for WekKit rather than Safari version. This will enable the RTE in 
any browser that is based on AppleWebKit version 523+.

Note:
1. While the RTE will then be enabled in the FE in Arora, entering the 
TYPO3 BE with Arora requires patch attached to 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=14440

2. The RTE works correctly in Arora. However, links may be difficult to 
edit because they are clickable in the editing area in this browser. One 
has to select using the keyboard or the status bar.
