Thanks Steffen! (Oops, missed the outcome of that issue :-( )

Another dilemma:

- I read the policy was that the core provides a method to detect the 
browser (version), but will not use it.
- Use t3lib_utility_Client::getBrowserInfo() to make maintenance easier 
for new browsers
- Use conditional comments to load something for IE6

Which should be used by the core?
