Hey Sonja,

the attached patch fixes the CGL issues.

looks good, however there is still the Draft Workspace in the "User" => 
"Workspace" => Tab "Review and Publish" => "Options" => second dropdown. 
Can you confirm that?

Btw: After some discussions, we agreed that this change (and one more 
coming from me) needs to go in 4.4, in order to proceed with Workspaces 
accordingly.
