Thanks for taking care, Reinhard.

I introduced the page title on top of TCEforms, as this was a wish by  
Jens/Lars.
As I didn't care about TCEforms, yet (Benni takes care), I didn't do  
anything further regarding the current bad behavior (the only place in the  
BE, which I know is *really* ugly, but did not take care of).

Also the alignment with the record title on the right is bad and plan has  
always been to fix this now before RC1. (just that you know my situation:  
It's missing in the screenshot, I got from Lars, but I don't like to  
remove the ID of the CE).

I will have a look at your patch later and talk to Lars in our next  
session.
