We installed the truncate cache extension on large installations, so we
get a new option in the clear cache menu that should be used. Our admins
all know that they should not use the clear all caches button but still
it happens by accident (clicked to fast, not paying enough attention
...). I'd like to have a possibility to disable this entry or replace it
with another entry just to minimize the possibility of clicking the
button by accident... I didn't review the patch but wanted to state my
+1 for the idea.
