[TYPO3-core] RFC #15251: Too much space below TCEforms

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Below TCEforms there's too much space before the "Show secondary options 
(palettes)" option.

Solution:
Remove margin-bottom and <br />

Note:
These definitions are leftovers from times, when the type and ID of the 
current record have been on top of the TCEform. Below they cause too 
much space.
