[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #15244: htmlArea RTE: textearea Id may not be unique in FE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The assigned textearea Id may not be unique in FE, if multiple instances 
of the same RTE-enabled plugin field are present on the same page. 
Resulting layout is erratic.

Solution:
Append the RTECounter to the textarea id in order to make it unique and 
refer to the texarea by id rather than by name.
