[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15218: [Feature] Possible Replace of Contrib Libraries

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

With LTS there will be no update of contrib libraries like prototype, 
scriptaculous, ExtCore and ExtJS for a long time.

To have the possibility to update only specific library, there should be 
a possibility to set the contrib paths.

The following patch allows to do this (eg in pre-render hook)

Addition:
in Bugtracker there is an extension attached, which does following updates:
Prototype 1.6.1, Scriptaculous 1.8.3, ExtCore 3.1.0, ExtJs 3.2.1

You will notice that RTE isn't compatible now, but the patch allows to 
work on such issues without replacing the contribs in installation, just 
installing the extension exchanges the libs.
