OK, as Steffen agreed and gave info for 4.5/trunk, I committed the patch 
as nobrainer to 4.4 (rev. 8166) and to trunk (with the svn cp commands) 
(rev. 8167)

Steffen, you are now in charge of integrating the icon into the sprite 
next time you generate it. Thanks.
