[TYPO3-core] RFC #12679: Pagemodule don't show clipboard paste icon when there is no content

ok, one more (and hopefully last) problem:

If you cut/copy a record an paste it on top of the column (using the  
provided paste icons which appear in the topbar), the record is not saved  
in the chosen column, but in old one. However, pasting using the icons on  
each element (so after an existing element) saves just fine.

Just to note it here: thank you for the great usability improvement!
