[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14996: htmlArea RTE: Clicking in drop down boxes should mark text

Problem:
When you click on the text in a drop down box and then type a letter, 
the letter is put inside the currently displayed text. Thus the 
auto-complete feature does not work correctly.

Solution:
Clicking in the drop down should mark the text and typing the first 
letter should delete it. This works correctly, when clicking on the 
arrow at the right edge of the drop down.

The attached patch modifies the configuration of all drop downs.
